The site provides many online facilities, including appointment booking and cancellation, registration, prescription ordering, and much more. We provide services from purpose-built building to more than 3000  patients. We provide a broad range of facilities and services to patients in a friendly environment. We are hoping to move to a new premises in near future.

We providing services from 2 sites. Our other surgery is known as Sheldon medical Centre, which has nearly 3000 patients. Arran medical Centre serves patients from Smith's wood, Kingshurst, Castle Bromwich and Chelmsley wood. These urban areas come under Solihull Council.

We also provide care for 1 nursing home within the practice area. Clinicians at the practice of committed to providing the best quality of healthcare to each and every patient. Our administrative and management teams are also here to help you access services and ensure your journey through the practice as smooth and comfortable as possible.
